San Carlos, setiembre de 2015 Recomendación de contenido: After a series of working sessions, it was concluded that the Northern Zone must be an Economical Especial Zone, with more conditions and opportunities for the productive sectors in order to attract more and better national and international investors to the region. The challenge has been clear enough all the subjects studied pointed several structural regional problems such as poverty, unemployment and education. If the region focuses on those facts, good results are going to be obtained in the long term, which is why all the initiatives decided must be developed to join efforts and reinforce all regional productive potentials. The decisions were centered exclusively in the productive activities with the objective of stimulating high quality job market with a huge list of new productive activities
